Q: How long is my Thinium product under warranty?
A: All Thinium Products are covereed with a 1-year limited warranty.
Q: Do I have to register the product for the warranty to take effect?
A: No!

ReCHARGE+
Q: Should the wall prongs fold down to 90 degrees?
A: No! The wall prongs Do Not fully open to 90 degrees. This ensures your devices remains at the optimum angle while on the charging dock.

Q: What do you do to activate the internal battery?
A: It's simple, press the small button on the side by the LED indicator lights to engage internal battery, HOLD FOR 3 seconds to engage and dis-engage charge.

Q: Is there any harm in charging overnight?
A: No!

Q: Does the ReCHARGE+ support tablets?
A: The ReCHARGE+'s foldable dock was not designed to support tablets. You can use the female USB port to charge a device with a standard USB cable to desired pin type.

Q: If I plug in the ReCHARGE+ into an outlet, will there be enough room to plug a second device next to or below the ReCHARGE+?
A: Yes. The AC prongs were strategically placed to not interfere with the outlet below it.

Q: What are the suction cups for?
A: The suction cups are to be placed if desired to the front surface of the ReCHARGE+ on the circles. They are designed for and recommended for extra support for holding portable device to ReCharge+.

Q: The charging dock on my new ReCHARGE+ is stiff and isn't centered when I push it open. Is this expected?
A: Yes, the brand new charging dock needs to be opened and closed about 5 times, at which point it will begin to loosen up and the connector will be centered. By design, there is some 'play' in the flexible connector to make it easy for you to attach your phone and remove it.
