GENERAL
Q: How long is my Thinium product under warranty?
A: All Thinium Products are covereed with a 1-year limited warranty.
Q: Do I have to register the product for the warranty to take effect?
A: No!

CHARGE
Q: Should the wall prongs fold down to 90 degrees?
A: No! The wall prongs Do Not fully open to 90 degrees. This ensures your devices remains at the optimum angle while on the charging dock.

Q: The charging dock on my new Charge is stiff and isn't centered when I push it open. Is this expected?
A: Yes, the brand new charging dock needs to be opened and closed about 5 times, at which point it will begin to loosen up and the connector will be centered. By design, there is some 'play' in the flexible connector to make it easy for you to attach your phone and remove it.

Q: If I plug in the Charge into an outlet, will there be enough room to plug a second device next to or below the Charge?
A: Yes. The AC prongs were strategically placed to not interfere with the outlet below it.

Q: Is this product approved for Apple devices?
A: Yes! All of our Apple compatible products are MFI certified and approved for Apple devices.

Q: Does the Charge support tablets?
A: The Charge's foldable dock was not designed to support tablets.

Q: Is there any harm in charging overnight?
A: No!
